1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

2. What are your shipping times?

  • Processing Time (Fulfillment): Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days.
  • Standard Shipping:
    • U.S. Orders: 5–8 business days
    • Canada Orders: 8–11 business days
  • Express Shipping:
    • U.S. Orders: 1–3 business days (once shipped)
    • Canada Orders: 1–5 business days (once shipped, depending on the location)

Please note that fulfillment times are separate from shipping times, and delivery may be affected by factors like holidays or carrier delays.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we do not offer free shipping, but shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been submitted. If you encounter an issue, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll try to assist you to the best of our ability.

6. What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant photos so we can quickly resolve the issue.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all of our products are print-on-demand (including embroidered items), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or mistake on our part. However, if your item is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at info@restlessmindssociety.com and we will help resolve the issue.

8. How do I find the right size for my embroidered products?

We want you to be happy with your embroidered apparel! Each product includes a sizing chart with both metric and inches measurements to ensure you get the perfect fit.

  • How to Measure: Please use a soft measuring tape to measure your body according to the sizing chart for each specific item. Take note of your chest, waist, and hip measurements for tops, or waist and inseam measurements for bottoms.
  • Note: Sizing charts are available on the product page for each item. Be sure to double-check the size guide for accuracy, as embroidered products can have a slightly different fit than regular printed items due to fabric thickness.

If you’re in between sizes, we recommend going up one size for a more relaxed fit.

9. Can I get a custom size or a different embroidery design?

At this time, we offer the designs and sizes listed on our product pages. We are not able to offer custom sizes or embroidery designs beyond what is available. However, feel free to reach out with suggestions or requests, and we’ll keep them in mind for future collections!

10. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We recommend using a physical address for shipping.

11. How do I contact you if I have a question that isn’t answered here?

12. What is your return policy?

Because our products are custom embroidered or print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong item, printing error, or damage). If that happens, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item for a resolution.

13. Do you offer gift cards or promotions?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we occasionally run promotions and discounts. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on any upcoming sales!
